Building scientist Steve Easley recently sent me a number of his journal articles, which offer very clear, accessible information for builders. Here’s a sample — on the unglamorous and neglected topic of flashings, which are done poorly as often as they’re done well. Save yourself some grief and heed Steve’s advice!
