Building Organizational Capacity to Deliver Higher-performing Homes

Some of you have heard me talk about the fact that in order to deliver higher-performing homes, we need to focus on what our organizations need to do, not what the buildings need to be or do. If we get the organizational work right, the building performance will follow. I recently had the opportunity to write about this theme in Green Home Builder magazine’s Jan/Feb 2013 issue — see page 44 for the full text.
